The escrow provision
Seventy per cent of amounts collected from allottees are deposited in a designated escrow account as required under Section 4(2)(l)(D) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Those funds may only be withdrawn against certified construction and land cost, which is the mechanism that keeps your money in this project rather than funding another one.
Before you transfer any amount
- Verify both registration numbers on the Karnataka RERA portal yourself.
- Read the specification annexure attached to the agreement to sell — it, not this website, is binding.
- Confirm the current EOI slab and payment schedule with our team in writing.
- Check the area statement: super built-up, carpet and the loading factor applied.
- Confirm the handover date stated in your agreement against the RERA-registered completion date.
