This website is operated by Real Revenue, a unit of Earlydays Innovations Private Limited, as an authorised channel partner for Godrej Properties Limited. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, phone number and email address you provide, together with any optional details you choose to share — your preferred variant, whether you are buying to live in or to invest, and your preferred call time.

We also collect standard technical data through analytics and advertising tools: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring source, and interaction events. This is collected through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity.

How we use it

Enquiry data is used to respond to your enquiry, send you the brochure, price sheet and inventory position, arrange a site visit, and where you ask for it, arrange home loan pre-approval. We share enquiry data with Godrej Properties Limited and its appointed sales team where required to register your enquiry or process a booking.

Technical data is used to measure which pages and campaigns generate enquiries, and to improve the site.

Consent and DND

By submitting an enquiry form you authorise us and our representatives to contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email regarding that enquiry. As is standard for enquiry forms in India, this consent overrides your DND or NCPR registration for the purposes of that enquiry.

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by writing to us using the contact details below. We will stop contacting you about this project, though we may retain a record of the enquiry where we are required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for as long as is needed to service your enquiry and to meet applicable legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the platforms named above.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar browser storage for analytics, advertising measurement and to remember whether you have already submitted an enquiry, so we do not show you the same prompt repeatedly. You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work, though some measurement will be lost.

Your rights
